What AreWeToxic is

AreWeToxic gives AI-generated observations about text conversations, including a toxicity score. The score is an AI estimate based only on the messages you upload, not a judgment of anyone as a person. It is not therapy, counseling, legal or medical advice, and it cannot know the full context of a relationship. Attachment-style notes are possibilities, not diagnoses.

Your content

Only upload conversations you are a participant in. You are responsible for respecting other people's privacy and local laws. Don't use AreWeToxic to harass, monitor or control anyone.

Safety

If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number. AreWeToxic shows support resources when a chat suggests threats or abuse, but it is not an emergency service.

Subscriptions

Your toxicity score is free. The full report and tools come with a 7-day free trial, then $9 (USD) per week, billed weekly by Stripe until cancelled. To cancel, message us from the chat button in the app, or use Manage subscription in your account menu: the Cancel option appears there 24 hours before your first charge, and right away after you message us. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged, and after that access continues until the end of the paid week. Daily fair-use limits apply to AI features (for example, up to 5 chat checks a day during the trial and 20 a day after).

"Will they come back?"

This section is a playful estimate from the signals in one chat, not a prediction of anyone's choices. Don't use it to pressure or contact someone who has asked for space.
